Film Study & Analysis
Film sessions are designed to give players a deeper understanding of defense, while helping parents see measurable growth in their child's game. By reviewing game footage, athletes learn to spot habits, strengths, and areas for improvement that aren't always obvious during live play. I break down defensive techniques, like: stance, positioning, and anticipation, showing how those skills apply directly to real-game situations. This process builds a stronger basketball IQ, allowing players to make smarter decisions on the court and develop confidence in their role. Parents can expect their child to gain not only defensive skills, but also improved focus, accountability, and discipline. Film study bridges the gap between practice and performance, ensuring that what players learn translates into better results during games.
Film study is the most effective ways to develop your defensive IQ.

Learn to see the game differently.
Film Study is one of the most effective ways to develop as defender. It helps athletes transform their defensive awareness by teaching them how to see the game differently. By slowing the game down, athletes are able to see mistakes that are hidden during live play, recognize offensive patterns, player tendencies, as well as apply feedback directly into practices and games. My goal is to make film a powerful teaching tool that sharpens instincts, builds confidence, and develops disciplined, intelligent defenders.

Watching game film of yourself allows you to remove the emotion from your analysis. If there is a play that went wrong or something that was missed, you have the opportunity to correct and improve your mistakes. Then, talk through what was going on at the moment, what went right, and what didn't.
What Players Gain:
• Sharper Defensive IQ
• Technical Mastery
• Game Application
• Accountability & Discipline
